Magnify’s approach to personalized, one-on-one coaching is grounded in cognitive behavioural theory (CBT) and positive psychology. If you’re feeling stuck, lost, frustrated, stressed or stagnant, we’ll work with you to identify and move forward with your goals with a plan and pace that suits you.

We use CBT to help people understand the connection between their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours. Positive psychology focuses on your strengths and how to lead with them independently and in collaboration with others.

Sessions are available in person or over a video-conferencing platform of your choice.
